My name is Angelo Taba. My background in customer service, sales, and business development taught me that good advice begins by listening carefully and understanding what someone genuinely needs.
Before moving into real estate, I worked in business development for an escrow company in Guanacaste. That experience gave me a practical understanding of how a transaction moves from agreement to closing, the details that need attention along the way, and the role of the legal professionals involved.
It also allowed me to understand the local market and build relationships with agents and professionals across the region. Today, I work as a Real Estate Advisor with Luxury Lane Realty, bringing that perspective to every conversation so that each recommendation is considered around your goals, priorities, and circumstances.
I created The Guanacaste Insider to share what I continue to learn in the field — from communities and properties to the people, processes, and details that shape a good decision here.
